Duc Minh Lam is a transaction coordinator who supports document workflow, administrative milestones, and communication among the parties to a transaction. This website does not present Duc Minh Lam as a licensed real-estate salesperson or broker. Transaction coordination does not include listing or showing property, negotiating, giving pricing or valuation opinions, or any other act that requires a California real-estate license.

Transaction coordination support is provided in connection with Century Financial Group Co., Century Real Estate Group Inc., Unity Financial Group, West Coast Real Estate. Any service that requires a real-estate license is provided by the licensed salesperson or broker responsible for your transaction. That person will identify themselves, their responsible broker, and their license numbers in writing. You can verify any California real-estate license with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) public license lookup.

Lending and funding services referenced on this site are offered by the applicable licensed lender. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend or a commitment to lend.

Using this website, submitting a form, or talking with Duc Minh Lam does not create an agency, fiduciary, or client relationship with any real-estate licensee. An agency relationship is created only by a written agreement with a licensed broker.

Before you enter into a listing or buyer-representation agreement, California law requires the licensed agent to give you the Disclosure Regarding Real Estate Agency Relationship (Civil Code §2079.16). That form explains the duties a seller’s agent, a buyer’s agent, and a dual agent owe to you. Read it carefully and ask the licensee any questions before signing.
